SERIES RECAP

What an epic night of virtual hockey we had in this thrilling series between the Medium Sized Men and the Golden Company Elephants! Kicking things off, the Elephants fell just short in a tightly contested match where the Men secured a 5-3 victory. l Bagshot l stole the spotlight, netting a hat trick and contributing 2 assists to lead the charge. On the other side, The Ploop had a strong game with 2 goals, but it wasn’t enough against the firepower of the Men. In the rematch, the Elephants looked for redemption but came up short again as they lost 2-1. The Men took advantage of their power play chances, and Ryguyx9 chipped in with a goal and an assist, while l Bagshot l found the back of the net once more. The Elephants did manage some solid performances, including The Ploop again finding a goal, but their 6 penalty minutes left them scrambling to capitalize on their opportunities. Finally, the Elephants attempted to turn the tide in their favor in the last game of this three-part clash, but the Men proved their mettle yet again with another win, edging out a close 2-1 victory. Defensively, both teams provided some standout moments, but it was the Men’s consistent scoring that led them to dominate the series.
