What a showdown we just witnessed! The Medium Sized Men skated away with a slick 5-3 victory over the Golden Company Elephants. It was a game where the away team really turned it on, firing 11 shots on goal and managing to find the back of the net 5 times – pretty impressive given the Elephants put up 20 shots but only managed to score 3. It’s safe to say that the Elephants were pushing hard but ran into some solid defense from the Men.
The stars of the night were definitely l Bagshot l and Prodigyx8, who combined for 8 points with l Bagshot l netting a hat trick and adding 2 assists, while Prodigyx8 dished out 4 assists. The Elephants' The Ploop had a solid game himself with 2 goals and 1 assist, but overall, it just wasn't enough to match the offensive outburst from the Medium Sized Men.
In goal, hugeexpl showed up big time for the Men, stopping 17 out of 20 shots. Meanwhile, J WHISPERZ faced a barrage with 11 shots but couldn’t hold back the tide, allowing 5 goals – tough night for him. The Elephants really fought hard, racking up 41:14 of time on attack, but the precision shooting from the Medium Sized Men sealed the deal. Until next time!
