What a game we witnessed tonight! In a tightly contested matchup, the Muffin Men edged out the Fellowship with a final score of 3-2. It was a battle of shots, with the Fellowship outshooting their opponents 24 to 12, but it all came down to the efficiency of the Muffin Men. Hobo On Welfare put up a solid performance in net, saving 22 of those shots for a glgaa of 1.5, keeping his team in the lead.
For the Muffin Men, oSplxshin was the standout player with 2 goals, including the game-winner, showing up when it mattered the most. Daintydanglz also contributed with a goal and an assist, proving that contribution comes from all lines. On the Fellowship side, mwags2424 and xMINI WICKx each found the back of the net, but it just wasn't enough to secure the victory despite their strong play.
With this win, the Muffin Men show they know how to capitalize on opportunities, while the Fellowship will look to regroup and get back in the win column. It was a night to remember with some solid individual performances and a thriller of a finish!
