What a nail-biter we had last night as Just Gonna Send It edged out Friendtip with a thrilling 4-3 victory! Jellyl35l was basically the star of the show, planting himself in the spotlight with a hat trick and an assist for a total of 4 points. Talk about clutch! Zuuuuuub also helped out with a sneaky goal and two assists, making for a fantastic offensive combined effort from Just Gonna Send It.
On the flip side, Friendtip didn't go down without a fight. mwags2424 kept things spicy with 2 goals and an assist, helping keep the match close. SophisticatedX was busy too, logging 1 goal and 1 assist while throwing in a whopping 16 hits. The hustle was real from Friendtip, but they just fell short when it mattered.
In net, I Eden L faced 12 shots and managed to turn away 9 to keep his team in the lead, while Skiippy x 97 was a bit busier, facing 15 shots but yielding 4 goals. Just Gonna Send It took advantage of their opportunities with 1 power-play goal, but no shorthanded drama from either squad. With the game clock winding down and tensions high, Just Gonna Send It held on for the W. What a game!
