What a showdown we had last night as Just Gonna Send It took down Friendtip with a commanding 6-4 victory! Right from the drop of the puck, it was clear that Just Gonna Send It was in charge with Jellyl35l lighting the lamp three times for a monster 5-point game. DiableQC also came in strong, scoring two goals and adding an assist, while Zuuuuuub chipped in with a goal and two assists. The team converted on two power plays, capitalizing on Friendtip’s 8 minutes in penalties.
On the other side, Friendtip put up a good fight with xMINI WICKx netting 2 goals and a bunch of help from mwags2424, who racked up 3 assists. lRxfio found the net and added an assist, but it wasn’t enough to overcome Just Gonna Send It’s offensive onslaught. They had a similar shot count (16 each), but the end-result was clear. Friendtip just couldn’t find a way to rally back.
In goal, I Eden L managed to stop 12 of 16 shots for Just Gonna Send It, while Skiippy x 97 had a tougher night, saving 11 of 17. It’s a game that showcased some elite playmaking and finishing, so expect both teams to come back looking to improve in their next match-up.
