SERIES RECAP

What a wild series between Toxic Legends and Just Gonna Send It! The first game of the night ended with JGSI cruising to a 3-1 victory, where Binzet37 stole the show with 2 goals and Jalbert L93L stacking up 2 assists. The Legends put up a valiant effort but just couldn’t find the net enough, with Premierplayer scoring their lone goal. IamStillTyping was sharp in goal, turning away 10 shots to secure the win. The Legends’ physicality didn’t translate to enough scoring, and it left them chasing in this one. Moving on to the second game, it was a nail-biter as JGSI took it 2-1. Jellyl35l was the star of this match, netting both goals and driving the offense. Toxic Legends got their only goal from Premierplayer, but it was tough sledding against the JGSI defense. J WHISPERZ in net did just enough to keep them in the game, though his teammates struggled to make connections on offense. It was a solid defensive showcase, and it looked like the Legends were in need of a spark to ignite their scoring. Finally, in the third game, Toxic Legends found their footing and took the contest 4-3 in overtime! xPhiist was the hero of the day, scoring three goals and adding an assist—definitely making his presence felt! J Whisperz held strong in goal with 22 saves, while Just Gonna Send It fought hard but fell just short despite goals from Jalbert L93L and Jellyl35l. Each team showed grit and skill, but it was the Legends who came out on top in a thrilling finish. This series has been nothing short of action packed, and you can bet both teams are ready to keep the momentum rolling in the next match-up!
