Wow, what just went down in this series between the Mutant HC and the Yetis! In game 1, the Yetis rolled over the Mutants with a solid 4-0 victory. Major shoutout to IamStillTyping for the shutout, racking up 21 saves and looking like a brick wall out there. Ezreal and hoss9286 came through with a combined 6 points, while l Bagshot l brought the boom with 19 hits. Meanwhile, Mutant HC struggled to find their rhythm, despite putting up 21 shots on goal. But the second game was just a complete showdown for the Yetis! They crushed the Mutant HC 7-2, with Buckley0306 stealing the spotlight and netting 4 goals along with 2 assists. Can you believe that? Hoss9286 kept the momentum going, contributing 5 points total in the game! The Mutant HC's offense was almost non-existent, only managing 12 shots, while Ryguyx9 scored both of their goals, but it just wasn't enough against the Yetis' powerhouse performance. If we look at the series as a whole, the Yetis really showcased their offensive skills and shut down the Mutant HC when it mattered most. They converted on power plays like pros and showed they’re not to be underestimated moving forward. The Mutant HC will have to go back to the drawing board if they want to bounce back in this series!
