SERIES RECAP

What a weekend of hockey we just witnessed, the series showdown between the Gold Standard and the Golden Company Elephants drew fans to the edge of their seats! In the first matchup, the Gold Standard snagged a 2-0 victory thanks to the stellar play of Rage x60x, who blocked an impressive 20 shots for a shutout. Swizz Wrld and x Neal x 19 x each put pucks in the back of the net while Duchesne_x_10 racked up 2 assists, showing off some serious playmaking skills. However, the Elephants bounced back strong in the second game, crushing the Gold Standard 4-0. SophisticatedX was a beast with 3 points, and J WHISPERZ secured the shutout with 10 saves. The Ploop and Rubberducky x41 also chipped in goals, leaving the Gold Standard floundering in their efforts. Rage x60x had a tough day in net, stopping 9 shots but ultimately allowing 4 behind him despite the effort. In the finale, the Golden Company Elephants completed their comeback with a hard-fought 5-3 win. SophisticatedX kept that momentum, scoring a hat trick and adding an assist! xMINI WICKx also stepped up with 2 assists and the game-winning goal. The Gold Standard battled valiantly but just couldn't keep pace. Duchesne_x_10 amped things up, but even a solid performance from Rage x60x in net couldn't stem the tide. This series is turning out to be one for the books!
