RECAP

The Strawberrys put on a clinical offensive display, dismantling Evil Nature in a 9-3 rout that felt decided from the opening puck drop. This wasn't a game of momentum swings; it was a sustained siege. The Strawberrys controlled the pace with a staggering 704 seconds of time on attack compared to just 254 for Evil Nature. While Evil Nature tried to claw back into it through xDemon12x, who was involved in all 3 of his team's goals, they simply couldn't get the puck out of their own zone long enough to mount a real comeback. The story of the night was the absolute dominance of The Strawberrys' top line, particularly mashotpa, who turned the offensive zone into a personal highlight reel with 6 goals and 1 assist. He was fed consistently by splxshin. and Lleclerc27, who combined for 11 assists and 14 total points. On the back end, SupremeBannock was nearly perfect in transition, posting a 96.4% pass completion rate and 6 takeaways to ensure Evil Nature never established a forecheck. Despite the lopsided score, Swizz wrld attempted to set a physical tone for Evil Nature with a massive 24 hits, but the sheer volume of shots eventually overwhelmed trickdoesathing, who finished with 19 saves on 28 shots. The deciding factor was the massive gap in puck possession and shot quality. The Strawberrys outshot Evil Nature 28-8, essentially tripling their output and forcing the play for nearly the entire 60 minutes. While Evil Nature won the physical battle, they struggled with puck security, as evidenced by xDemon12x’s 17 turnovers. The Strawberrys' ability to maintain a high-cycle game and win 57% of the draws through splxshin. gave them the platform to dictate every facet of the contest. By the time the third period rolled around, the shot differential and zone time had effectively drained any remaining energy from the Evil Nature defense.
