The Mighty Deks put on a clinical offensive display, dismantling the Gooper Troopers in an 8-3 victory that was decided by sustained zone pressure. While the Troopers found some early life through RyGuyX9 and Sejje, who factored into all 3 of their team’s goals, they simply couldn't weather the storm in their own end. The turning point came in the second period as the Deks’ relentless cycle wore down the Gooper defense, turning a competitive game into a runaway. Despite Frishmania’s best efforts to change the energy with a game-high 12 hits, the Troopers spent too much of the night chasing the puck rather than creating with it.
