What a game we had between the Murder Muppets and Back 2 Basics! The Muppets dominated the ice, taking home a solid victory with a score of 4-1. EG Soul Reaver really shone bright, notching 2 goals and even scoring the game-winner. Cynders13 also got in on the action with 2 goals and 1 assist, showing off some serious skills out there. The Muppets put up a total of 14 shots while their goalie, Superstar, was a wall with 16 saves and a lone goal against.
On the flip side, Back 2 Basics struggled to find their rhythm, although l Bagshot l managed to sneak in a goal. Prodigyx8 brought the physicality with 6 hits, but it just wasn't enough to swing the game. The team's goalie, Scarrzy33, faced 14 shots and had 10 saves but couldn't keep up with the relentless Attack from the Muppets.
Overall, it was an impressive performance from the Muppets, who didn’t give an inch defensively and capitalized on their opportunities. The Back 2 Basics will need to regroup after this one, but they’ve got the talent to bounce back. Until next time, keep your sticks on the ice!
