Anarchy walked away with a 7-4 victory over The Brand in a game where clinical finishing proved to be the ultimate difference maker. While The Brand actually controlled much of the shot clock, outshooting Anarchy 19-14, they simply had no answer for Anarchy's counter-attack and high-danger efficiency. The game remained a competitive back-and-forth affair for the first two periods, but Anarchy’s ability to maximize their limited opportunities allowed them to pull away. The turning point came from the back end, as Anarchy’s defense didn't just stop rushes—they finished them, outproducing the opposing forwards for much of the night.
The individual performances in this one were elite on both sides. For Anarchy, the story was their defensive pairing; PunchmadeFinn put on a masterclass from the blue line, netting a hat trick and adding an assist for a 4-point night, while his partner sniffyakk acted as the primary engine with 5 assists. Up front, MoNsTeR I30I and Kosh 14 provided the necessary punch with 2 goals apiece to keep the pressure on. The Brand saw a valiant effort from Loxies, who recorded a hat trick of his own and a 4-point performance, while Rapierrrr played a heavy game with 15 hits and 3 points, but it wasn't enough to overcome the defensive lapses behind them.
