Registration runs through our Discord bot. Get your whole squad in the server before you start — the roster builder can only find members, and each player gets their confirm button by DM. Managers get payment updates and their registration card there too.

One manager joins the Rink Rivals Discord, logs in with Discord and creates the team: name, abbreviation, colours, logo.
Add 6 starters + 2 backups by Discord name — they need to be in the server. Our bot DMs each of them a confirm button; one tap locks them in.
$60 USD by card, or Interac e-Transfer in CAD. Card payments confirm your spot instantly.
Once all starters confirm, lock the roster and grab your registration card to post in the server.
Any 6v6 EASHL club — league teams, pub squads, mixed platforms. One team per manager, one team per player. You do not need to be in the Rink Rivals league to enter.
The manager pays the $60 USD entry for the whole team by card (Stripe) or Interac e-Transfer. Card payments register you instantly; e-Transfers are marked paid by the ELT once received, and you get a Discord DM when it lands.
6 starters and up to 2 backups, added by Discord name. Every player gets a Discord DM with a confirm button — tapping it locks them onto your roster. The team can only be locked once all 6 starters have confirmed, so nobody is listed without saying yes.
Locked rosters are final for competitive integrity. If an emergency comes up, message the ELT in Discord and we'll sort a like-for-like swap before puck drop on Night 1.
$500 is guaranteed no matter what — that covers the first 8 teams, paying $300 / $140 / $60. Every entry past 8 adds $60 to the pot and the same 60 / 28 / 12 split is applied to the bigger number. Live math is on this page.

Full refund if the event is cancelled or your team withdraws before registration closes. After the close, entries are final.
